Happy 5 month birthday, Trista!!!

TRISTA - YOU'RE 5 MONTHS OLD!

What are you up to these days?

You weigh around 10 lbs 8 oz (4%) give or take (you will be weighed on Wed)
You are 2 feet long (6%)

You wear a size 1/2 diaper
You are still in 3 month clothes

Your eyes are a beautiful blue like your Grandpa's

Your hair is still RED!

You have just started sleeping through the night which makes Mommy VERY happy!
You LOVE when I sing to you

You smile when we smile back at you and Daddy finally got a picture of it!

You had your first bite of applesauce yesterday and you seemed to like it!
You arch your back like crazy - even when you're in the swing

You are starting to say "Momma". Even though I know it's just baby talk, I still like to think you're saying my name!

You still grunt non-stop to the point that people stare at us wondering if you are ok!

You still sleep next to Mom and Dad in the bassinet. Pretty soon you'll try out your big girl bed!

You still only eat about 2-3 ounces per feeding

You try to eat Mommy's face when I lean in to give you a kiss

You still have to be "propped up" at all times to avoid the reflux but you seem to be getting a little better

You've started noticing my hair and are grabbing it - OUCH!

You are a total momma's girl...and maybe a little spoiled, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
