This morning was a little rough because Trista had 6 dirty diapers in a matter of 4 hours. That was concerning to the GI doctors (they didn't want it to move too fast through her system) so they asked me to bring her in for a quick weight check. Much to everyone's surprise - she now weighs 9 pounds 3.5 ounces! WOO-HOO! Something is definitely stickin'!
Since the meds are starting to help with her reflux we are going to keep her on it for at least a month. We are trying to buy some time in hopes that she grows out of it. Fingers crossed!
She has really started smiling and coo-ing a lot this week. It is so sweet! She looks like a baby bird with her mouth wide open all of the time. Too cute!
Oh my goodness, what a cutie pie!! I hope she continues to gain weight and grows out of the reflux! I'll say a prayer and keep my fingers crossed also!

ReplyDeleteI lit a candle and said a prayer for her at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. She has prayers coming from all over the world! The reflux IS going to get better. ~Valerie
